Courtney, was very helpful with my eye wear experience, and I will definitely go back in the future. The staff are pleasant and courteous and I highly recommended this vision center.
I’ve been in love with the same frame for over 8yrs. It finally broke. Pamela was able to find the frame originally bought at Walmart and went above and beyond to keep me in the price range and style I wanted. We tried new styles however, they just weren’t cutting it for me I am more than happy she took the time to try new styles and colors with me & have an honest opinion through it all. Horrible customer service/
Absolutely terrible experience this time around. Paid out of pocket for two frames for my daughter. The rx the dr prescribed ( her private dr) was no good. She had reduced it and my daughter saw blurry with double vision when looking at lights. Was told she had to give them time to get used to then. Well I called her eye dr and had the rx adjusted. Bc they will replace the lens within 30 days if there's an issue. (There isn't getting used to a rx when things are blurry and double vision and the dr agreed with me). Next day I... read more
