I see the reviews have been somewhat negative but I will say I had an excellent experience! My daughter lost her glasses at summer camp and they fit us in the same day and even made it so we were still able to make it to her dance practice on time! I highly recommend and I think the two receptionists are amazing and have the best personalities and are very professional, respectful and patient with their patients (I noticed as I was sitting in the waiting area waiting on my daughter to finish her eye exam).
I have waited 2 weeks to get a nose piece for my glasses. I sent my daughter to pick up my glasses and after waiting for 45 minutes to get the glasses she has just now been told it will be another 10 minutes! Will never buy anything from this place again. Very rude and unprofessional!
Ok, phones are not the way to go; in person however- great, pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Good selection of frames. Wonderful experience. Shall update review once glasses arrive.
Was nice to me
My elderly mother went there today 12/9/22. They were very rude to her. She and all elderly deserve and should receive respect. Do I recommend London Walmart Vision Center.... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
