Stephanie was courteous, professional and friendly. I appreciate how she assisted me in making final decision on which frame was most becoming. She gets an A+ for service.
Reading these reviews are horrible and people are probably rudely insane. The ladies, were very professional and explained/answered all of my questions. The process was very quick. They were very patient and professional. The location is immaculate.
Whoever the lady is with long brown dreads that worked June 30th 2025 at 11:30 am - horrible. I came in and stated I needed emergency lenses because I lost mine at the beach and the attitude she started off with was insane. I was genuinely being sweet and patient when asking her about information regarding what I could do but I left feeling like she was the biggest bully ever. Please I hope you can give her more training because nobody is going to want to deal with her lack of customer service skills and professionalism.
THE RECEPTIONIST IS AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL! I highly believe she is either drunk on the job. Canceled mine and my daughter’s appointment after arriving and her piss poor attitude and communication. 0/10 do not recommend!!!
