They were able to fix my glasses. I asked about my ex and if it was expired It wasn't. So I asked if my insurance would cover new frames and prescription. She didn't want to look this up and told me most likely not due to me getting my current pair last year in Sept. I pressed her to look anyways. Guess what? I am covered for new frames. The Woman working in the vision department today was exceptionally slow! I went in for a minor repair but she was so slow I left without getting them fixed. I won’t go back again for new glasses or repairs.
5 star service is exactly what I got with the vision center manager and staff, Shanice went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of glasses that looked good on me, if you look good, you will feel good and be more confident! Thank you so much!!
I am so pleased with my new glasses!! Stephanie was so patient with me and found the perfect fit for me. I have been using readers for 8 years and didn’t know what glasses fit best. She helped me for at least an hour and found my glasses! Also she and the doctor were knowledgeable. Thank you Walmart vision. I will be coming back to get a second pair!!
