Smells like poop. They wasted my time and told me they didn't receive any paperwork from the VA. I contacted the VA prior to scheduling my appointment they told me I would be good to go the provider already received all necessary information. I'm tired of all the back and forth for some glasses and having to wait somewhere smelling bad on top of everything really rubbed me the wrong way.
I went to get my son's glasses repaired. Joe greeted us with a smile and was able to fix the glasses without a long wait. All the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Stephanie was courteous, professional and friendly. I appreciate how she assisted me in making final decision on which frame was most becoming. She gets an A+ for service.
Reading these reviews are horrible and people are probably rudely insane. The ladies, were very professional and explained/answered all of my questions. The process was very quick. They were very patient and professional. The location is immaculate.
