Horrible customer service. The two ladies working there were a complete waste of time and were unwilling to help us. They said they had the contacts in stock but that we would have to wait to order them? Then rushed us out. Please retrain your terrible staff or possibly replace them? You are losing business over there lack of social skills.
Vision manager is rude and chooses which warranty to honor! She stated my lens warranty expired because I have a 6 month warranty when my receipt says 12 months. When asked to see the policy regarding my lens being 6 months, she couldn’t! I complained to the store Manager and he even witnessed her rudeness! It unbelievable how she is still employed there!

Big shout out to Steph. I not purchase my glasses from Wal Mart Optical (although I’ve purchased many pairs of glasses in the past). I asked Steph if she could possibly adjust the nose pieces on my glasses as they are extremely uncomfortable — to the point of being unwearable . She explained that they are not warrantied, but that she’d give it a try. I told her to go for it. She adjusted the glasses and it feels much better. Regardless of the outcome, I’m happy that Steph was willing to help a time Wal Mart customer. Thanks!
