Visited Vision Center today in Gallipolis, OH. Had the pleasure of Charlotte assisting me with my questions and issues. She was very professional, efficient, courteous and solved all my issues. What great customer service! Kudos to her, thank you.
Awesome experience and could not recommend more. Kim and Charlotte are amazing and the whole team is great. Sorry for not getting everyone’s names but they were all very helpful and friendly. Got exactly the glasses and contacts for me. Dr Lysandrou will explain things to you if you listen. Great hard working team and would recommend to anyone. They are very busy for a reason because they are good at their profession!

very rude and i really don't think my prescriptikn is right because i am not seeing much better. i will nit go here next year and neither will anyone else in my family. horrible experience.
Went back because I had a problem with new prescription. Felt like I walked into a court room. The woman I had to talk to was very rude and acted like I was her worst enemy. Argued everything I said and wouldn’t even let me get a word out without interrupting me. The doctor wasn’t much help either. The other ladies in there were nice but not the one I had to deal with. Will never go back and will make sure I let everyone know to go somewhere else
