So, I paid $80 in cash for an eye exam and $280 on my debit card for glasses that should have been covered by my VSP insurance. Walmart vision center lied and told me that I did not have insurance and now after I've paid, they can't refund the money. I'll never again go to Walmart vision for anything.
Visited Vision Center today in Gallipolis, OH. Had the pleasure of Charlotte assisting me with my questions and issues. She was very professional, efficient, courteous and solved all my issues. What great customer service! Kudos to her, thank you.
Awesome experience and could not recommend more. Kim and Charlotte are amazing and the whole team is great. Sorry for not getting everyone’s names but they were all very helpful and friendly. Got exactly the glasses and contacts for me. Dr Lysandrou will explain things to you if you listen. Great hard working team and would recommend to anyone. They are very busy for a reason because they are good at their profession!
Had a great experience and learned some things I didn’t know. Staff was great and friendly. Could not have gone better!
very rude and i really don't think my prescriptikn is right because i am not seeing much better. i will nit go here next year and neither will anyone else in my family. horrible experience.
