Terrible service from the lady, extremely rude and unprofessional.
Just went there today November 8 for prescription glasses. Kim Carluci took care of me and spent a lot of time going over everything with me that I needed. She didn’t rush me & she’s definitely an asset to your team.
What a friendly staff! Kim was awesome as were the others. Quick. Efficient. Great selection. Glasses were done quickly. And I love the glasses ! Just as good as the ones I’ve had from pricey eyeglass places. I would definitely recommend.
Kim Carlucci was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable when she helped me with my new glasses. As a result of her service I would go back to this location for glasses in the future.
Kim Carlucci she was very helpful very patient. I’ve been back two or three times and it didn’t bother at all. She was just excellent sales person. Very patient with customer.
