I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Wanda. She was AMAZING and helped me with everything I needed.
Purchased Oakley frames in Nov. Did not purchase ext warranty. Purchased a replacement set that broke in two weeks and Walmart refused to cover the new set. I paid over 175.00 for a set of frames and Walmart refused to cover the defective product. Do not waste your money at this store. Personnel were horrible and rude. I am a disabled veteran and they let me know where I stand. They have a 60 day money back guarantee on the website and refuse to honor it.
After my regular eye exam & two rechecks, Dr. Britt was still unable to provide me with an accurate prescription.Therefore, I can’t wear my new glasses because of an inaccurate prescription, and now, I have to wait until next year for another eye exam, not to mention, it’s a waste of my money! I’m extremely disappointed & dissatisfied!!!
Had a pleasant experience at Dr Britt’s office. Im also pleased with the quickness of the exam!
