I was sadden & left speechless with Ashley at the Walmart Vision & Glasses Center this evening. Ashley stated she was unable to verify my son’s insurance information, yet Ashley instructed me to look at some frames that she could hold until insurance could be verified. I walked to the side & called the member line on the insurance card to see if I could possibly verify the amount through the IVR or by a rep due to me having time restrictions. Called to schedule my daughter an exam the girl that answered the phone was very rude!! Not willing to help! And stated we are not opened on Saturdays anymore!! My daughter has been coming there for years but she will not be back!! Very unprofessional!!!! I give them a 1 but they deserve nothing!!
Treat you like they are happy you came in. Friendly-very knowledgeable- very thorough- explained everything where I could follow and understand exactly what he saw and what needs to be done to fix it. Genuinely cared &let you know he is in for the long haul. Felt great- Dr.’s like this are few and far between- but thank the lord still some out there like him!!
