Tracy in vision is awesome. She has a great personality. She remembered me. She called and messaged me, because she knew I was waiting. Very wonderful experience.
Walmart vison and glasses department are so awesome! The team is great and very knowledgeable! Liz was so kind and patient helping both of my children pick out their glasses!!!!
I was sadden & left speechless with Ashley at the Walmart Vision & Glasses Center this evening. Ashley stated she was unable to verify my son’s insurance information, yet Ashley instructed me to look at some frames that she could hold until insurance could be verified. I walked to the side & called the member line on the insurance card to see if I could possibly verify the amount through the IVR or by a rep due to me having time restrictions. Called to schedule my daughter an exam the girl that answered the phone was very rude!! Not willing to help! And stated we are not opened on Saturdays anymore!! My daughter has been coming there for years but she will not be back!! Very unprofessional!!!! I give them a 1 but they deserve nothing!!
