I want to tell you what a fantastic experienced Vision Center Manager you have in Afsaneh Farahmand!! She is always pleasant, smiling and even knows just what I need for my glasses, even when I don’t and it’s, always a perfect fit! My mother use to be in eye glasses business and has awards in sales and customer service. When Afsaneh is there it makes me feel the way my mom’s customers use to brag on my mom. She makes it a wonderful experience any time I come and makes you feel like you are the most important person there.
Ask for Osana she is the manager. The knowledge she has is rarely seen. She will treat you special. If you have a problem she will solve it. The staff is trained by her so expect the same. I am one of few people with mono vision and can wear glasses. All thanks to the knowledge they have. A lot goes into the frame and lenses I wear. If they can solve my problem they certainly can solve yours.
