Good and bad. They have fat head brand for my 6'8 200 lb son. Other optical places didn't have any options for a large men. But they told me my son's insurance did not cover the cost? I had to pay out of pocket $400 and then submit a claim myself for a reimbursement and they assured me that Walmart was supposed to take the insurance!
Our grandson who lives 3 hours from here broke the frame of his glasses. A friend was able to bring a replacement frame from his home town back with her off her Fall Break. Took them to Walmart Pharmacy and Jordan was AWESOME. Told him our story and he was very polite, personal and very professional. Changed out the lens in about 10 minutes and did it for FREE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!’
I was told by insurance company that this place took my insurance. Wrote my insurance down on the intake form. I get free eye exams once a year. They did my exam and told me it was $110. When I asked about my insurance, they told me they didn’t take it when they looked at my forms before the appointment started!!!!! Don’t go here. They don’t pay attention.
Terrible, stay away, glasses had a manufacturer defect and started to de-laminate after 3 months but because I did not buy (give them more money) the return policy was only 60 days, I paid full price so a warranty longer that 60 days should be included unless they are selling sub-par glasses, I will never go back
