They don’t believe in answering after you pay for eye exams and glasses! And they hang the phone up instead of answering and saying please hold. HORRIBLE . Not right and people pay their money.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They never called me to tell me my glasses came in earlier than the pickup date, and now they don’t have them. Someone else picked them up while I was out of town for work. So not only do i not have my glasses, someone else is currently using a wrong prescription. Id highly recommend to stay clear of this location. I got 0 bit of accommodation for this it’s absolutely ridiculous.
The Dr was great! Took my elderly father in to get a new pair. He worked with my Dad (who is in a wheelchair) and showed him the utmost respect. Couldn't have asked for better service!
