I have needed prescription glasses for some time. I stopped in to see if Walmart Vision accepted my insurance company. Mike told me not were accepted. Two weeks later I went back, only to learn Mike was wrong. Mike didn’t even bother looking at any thing when I asked him. Go figure, thanks Mike! I had to pay in full. It’s because of little lazy things like this the vision department has a score of THREE.

If you want your script done right, go on tues or thurs. That doc knows what he is doing. After a small mistake by a new hire MaryMichelle was stellar in getting it rectified. She asked the right questions and it was evident that she knows what she is doing also. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought she owned the place. PAY THIS WOMAN MORE MONEY! you don't desrve her. I would hire her in a second to be part of my company. Bravo!
First they would not pick up the phone. Then they quickly advise they do not take insurance. What kind of eye doctor does not accept insurance?
