I tried to go here due to the great reviews....However, I can never get ahold of the doctor who creates her own schedule. When you call the clinic they tell you to call the doctor. Called the doctor again and she doesn't answer. It's a never ending runaround just to make an appointment. I called the clinic again and they said "she just walked into the door so try again"...THEN WHY ISN'T SHE ANSWERING HER PHONE. I gave up and went somewhere else. Dr. Rush and Catherine and all the ladies that work here are exceptional! I was a walk in a couple months ago and Dr. Rush check to see if there were any cancelations to fit me in and there was! Dr. Rush explain everything in simple terms every step of the way and was super friendly. Catherine helped me figure out exactly what type of Glasses I needed and what would be nest for me on my limited budget. Had my glasses for a couple months now and I couldn't be happier! Catharine and Nessa were some of the best people I met at the Vision Center. Great customer service from both and great personalities. Will definitely come back here for my vision care needs.
These girls are so awesome! Went in just to look, Brandie approached me and asked me some information to be entered into the system, Becky was checking on me making sure I found what I was looking for. Nessa was great telling me about the promotions going on! I will definitely be back due to the customer service I received …. Which was far comparison with any Vision places I have visited! 20% any additional and 35% sunglasses! Man can’t beat a deal!
Catherine was amazing. I brought my son in for a new pair, and she did all the leg work to find out what my insurance would cover and solved an issue we had. She was so friendly and polite. She took the initiative and checked to see how she could maximize the quality of his lenses for the price, I really appreciated that. I will continue to do business at this location because of her. Catherine deserves a raise y’all!!
