If I could give 0 stars I would. Paula wasn’t friendly or helpful on the phone and was laughing when I was asking important questions about my prescription. She hung up the phone. I just want to know what she is getting paid for?

I dont usually leave bad reviews, I'm 47 and this is my 3rd. I called to request my prescription, I told the lady that my glasses broke. I have an appointment with another doctor in 6 weeks and my contacts are drying out my eyes. I want to order a cheep pair on line just to get me through to my appointment. The lady said she couldn't give it over the phone because of HEPPA laws.
