If it were possible to leave no stars, I would-very unprofessional/rude woman handling clients-I am on my boyfriend's insurance (have been for over a year-with an insurance card with my name/member#)-my app. was on Tuesday @5pm-my boyfriend is the primary, he was coming in with me-the woman wanted the info now before the app. told her I would be in before 5pm w/my boyfriend -that wasn't good enough - I cancelled the app. due to the rude, very silly behavior of this woman contacting me -THIS IS WHAT DR. I never leave reviews but my experience was unfortunate. VIRTUAL eye exam that I was unaware of prior to my appointment. Felt like my concerns were ignored, and I felt I was being treated as less important because I’m a young adult. The women at the front desk was very polite though and helped as much as she could.
So yesterday my husband called and spoke to a lady who was very helpful. She said our insurance didn't cover the eye exam but covered glasses up to 100 dollars. Perfect! We went up here tonight to schedule an appointment to pay for the eye exam out of pocket and pick out glasses. The lady working who told us her name was Anne was the rudest person I have ever dealt with here. When we told her our insurance she said they only cover glasses up to 9 dollars. Doctor was virtual DID NOT KNOW THIS WHEN MAKING APPOINTMENT. EQUIPMENT malfunction could not hear me speak. Reboot several times. Did not finish the vision exam. First said I needed new prescription. Then said should see surgeon for cataracts. Very disappointed I don't feel exam was complete. Will NOT GO BACK FOR AN EXAM. Have always had good luck buying glasses from Walmart . Technician Lady was excellent. Very polite patient and thorough.
The worst eye care experience I’ve ever had. I never review places but I had to bc I genuinely hated going here. I had went there when I initially got contacts and loved the woman I had but had my eye exam there this past summer and they were so rude and just odd in general.
