The worst eye care experience I’ve ever had. I never review places but I had to bc I genuinely hated going here. I had went there when I initially got contacts and loved the woman I had but had my eye exam there this past summer and they were so rude and just odd in general.
Very dissapointed in vision exam . The Dr was VIRTUAL . Office did NOT explain this when appointment was made The Optometrist was on a TV monitor not physically present very deceiving......
If your sign says your open from 12:00-5:00 on Sundays, be open from 12:00-5:00. I broke my glasses and ran to Walmart to try and get them fixed and the employees just looked at me like I was clueless, turns out they aren't but can't be bothered to fix the sign to be accurate.
