Worst customer services/attitude from employee named Mercedes. Please hire genuine people who want to help. I just wanted to reorder contacts didn’t need all the attitude and eye and neck rolling it’s giving a bad spirit especially from a fellow black women
I was not happy with Walmart vision . I doubt I’ll be going back for a few reasons . Customer service was not the best . I called 4 times asking when my glasses would be in. They kept telling me they were in shipping status. The 15th day I called again. When the lady heard my name she says “ we texted you that they were here “ I said I didn’t get a text , even looked again at my phone to be sure and I got no text. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Front desk staff was amazing and attentive. So they themselves get 5 stars. BUT THE OPTOMETRIST?? Dr. Cuci??? Zero. Went in to the vision center for a quick exam (thinking nothing because I assumed I would have nearsighted issues like my mother had. Had it been more serious would’ve went somewhere honest) words become fuzzy when watching a show with subtitles so I went in to be seen the next day. I was told I had astigmatism. Which, cool?
