Good place to come if you are in bad mood and want start a fight about customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED to come here for vision center.
Love coming here for exams and glasses! The newer staff are better than the previous ones. Sadly Dr. Saunders no longer work in this location.
Terrible experience today. Yessica, the person helping me, clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I came in with broken frames, and she first told me I could buy new ones but would have to replace the lenses myself, which was fair enough considering that she first said that my prescription expired and Walmarts policy is that in order to make this lens exchange, the prescription can’t be expired. I had really surprising experience today with my kid’s glasses repair. Handle was off and lady from vision department fixed it in 10-15 minutes without charging any money, really appreciate, forgot to ask her name though.
I just had a very pleasant experience! The doctor, Saunders, was very thorough during the exam and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure my vision needs were taken care of. Also, Kat was very friendly and patient with me and made sure I was happy with my choice of frames. She was also very professional!
