Had 1215 appointment arrived 1218 due to traffic delay from construction at light outside strip mall. Completed my forms by 1220. There was a white older couple there who was still completing forms. The doctor goes up to the tech points at us all then grabs the couple and escort them into the room. As I overhear them say they have a 1230 appointment. If you haven’t gathered this yet. Honestly one of the worst Walmart I shopped in with little to no product available most of the time
Good place to come if you are in bad mood and want start a fight about customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED to come here for vision center.
Love coming here for exams and glasses! The newer staff are better than the previous ones. Sadly Dr. Saunders no longer work in this location.
Terrible experience today. Yessica, the person helping me, clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I came in with broken frames, and she first told me I could buy new ones but would have to replace the lenses myself, which was fair enough considering that she first said that my prescription expired and Walmarts policy is that in order to make this lens exchange, the prescription can’t be expired.
