Ya tengo 10 días y aún no me llaman y llamo y me dicen q espere 5 minutos y pasan 10 y no me responden la llamada, no estoy satisfecha en volver,Ayer llamé i me dicen q tengo q esperar otros 3 a 4 días más. Had the best customer service experience with Martin. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first time shopping for new glasses at this store and I’m definitely going to be a returning customer and will he referring this location as well. Thanks Martin! 1000/10
Hours are completely wrong. Posted as opening at 9am, arrived at 9:15 and not open. Came back at 3:30 and apparently they opened but closed again until 4:20.
