I went in to get my eyeglasses repaired and the young woman there told me with a poker face that she couldn’t fix them; when I asked her for a frame replacement for my progressive lenses, she did not even try to look for a match across their massive inventory and with that lying poker face she tried to extract upwards of $400 from me for a whole new pair of glasses, she was that incompetent and manipulative just aiming to rip me off as much as she could. Me atendió una joven muy bonito su carácter bien amable y paciente, Lo único malo es q tardan demasiado en entregar las gafas. Ya tengo 10 días y aún no me llaman y llamo y me dicen q espere 5 minutos y pasan 10 y no me responden la llamada, no estoy satisfecha en volver,Ayer llamé i me dicen q tengo q esperar otros 3 a 4 días más. Had the best customer service experience with Martin. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first time shopping for new glasses at this store and I’m definitely going to be a returning customer and will he referring this location as well. Thanks Martin! 1000/10
Hours are completely wrong. Posted as opening at 9am, arrived at 9:15 and not open. Came back at 3:30 and apparently they opened but closed again until 4:20.
