I went in to get my eyeglasses repaired and the young woman there told me with a poker face that she couldn’t fix them; when I asked her for a frame replacement for my progressive lenses, she did not even try to look for a match across their massive inventory and with that lying poker face she tried to extract upwards of $400 from me for a whole new pair of glasses, she was that incompetent and manipulative just aiming to rip me off as much as she could. Ya tengo 10 días y aún no me llaman y llamo y me dicen q espere 5 minutos y pasan 10 y no me responden la llamada, no estoy satisfecha en volver,Ayer llamé i me dicen q tengo q esperar otros 3 a 4 días más.
