I woke up early and drove all the way on time to my appointment, just for them to tell me that my insurance isn’t eligible for the exam. They didn’t even bother to call me beforehand and let me know. I even called them before the appointment to confirm my appointment time slot, since they never sent any confirmations.
I was waiting an hour before I asked about my turn, I noticed after they called the person who just came 5 min. Ago. They told me they called my name and for the whole hour I didn’t leave the waiting room.
Dr. Daniel J. Trotta is truly a wonderful, kind, caring, and knowledgeable doctor and clinician. He always remembers you and asks about details about your family even after not seeing him for years. Probably the most down-to-earth eye doctor out there with an efficient, piercing intellect, and a genuine concern for your eye care. Unfortunately, Dr. Trotta no longer practices at this location, but his care will be missed. I can no longer speak for the quality of the current staff or doctors.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is Dr. Hamayel. She is one of the most professional, patient, kind hearted individuals ever. Her staff that greets clientele however, was rude and gave racist remarks which was completely disgusting and far from humorous. Thank you again Doctor Saja Hamayel!
