Edwin helped me today adjust my glasses and check on my warranty. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was also concerned with patient privacy as he turned over paperwork for other patients as we walked up. Always very professional experience at this Walmart optical. Great price and selection. Both Juan and Martin have been wonderful and helped me to get the best deal with my insurance plan.
Customer service in vision center is subpar. Seems like associates have no time to attend to customers. Most have serious attitude problems. They act as if they’re doing you a favor by servicing you. You’re better off going somewhere else.
