Bad experience with Elizabeth ,she rude and aggressive I don't now is for me skin color because I'm really nice with her .Only I want help for my son glasses broken and scratches because he have help condition that why I pay glasses protection plan .I don't now why she star speak aggressive and tell is scratches because don't put in the case bla bla when you job no is judge my kid or any person pay for guarantees.
Today I'm really bad experience because she try fit one pair is scratch because fell in the concrete but they no want change still I have guarantee is no the first time I pay warranty and the warranty and try fit something is scratch why we pay warranty and said cover the glasses is no thru .The employee Elizabeth she very angry and rude she taking aggressive to me and said that happened because you don't put in the case bla bla ,is my son glasses is a kid and that why I pay warranty because I now that can happened.People li... read more
I have had another great experience with the eye doctor and vision center. I have been going there for over 18 years and am very pleased. Thank you.
OD was great, the tech (lady w xtra short hair) was so rude I drove to Cocoa WM to order my frames.
Dr. Jordanopoulos is quite knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He caught one eye situation of which I hadn't been aware and claried another which may only occur in 15-20 years. Though he gave me a really too strong prescription for which I was issued a refund and for that I am appreciative.
