Never had glasses before, I guess it’s okay there. I question one pair that are transition and they don’t get very dark. Other than that I wonder go back.

Made an appt for my daughter and I 15days ago as my daughter is having vision problems which is effect her school. The store has been in a remodel for a couple months but they went ahead and booked the appointment knowing our concerns. NO CALL, NO NOTHING! Pull her out early, and left work early to get to appt to find out they are closed due to construction. I had my first appointment with them a bad the canceled my appointment couple hours before it was my appointment. Today I had another appointment with them at 10:00am and they called me at 9:40 am to cancel the appointment again. After I got the appointment on a day I did not have to work. Theirs is wrong and not right to do to people. Especially right before your appointment.
