If I owned this location, I would terminate the guy named Eric immediately. Incompetent and rude.
My glasses were broken and I didn’t know what to do, I pull here and ask for help at the clinic. This lovely man named Eric helped me no questions asked, I will be coming back to this location!
My son has special needs so fitting him for glasses can be hard to do. The staff is always professional and eager to help. We always look for Ms. Anna. She makes the process easy for us. She is the best!
We had a great experience at the vision center. Trying to fit a 7 year old for glasses is not an easy task, but Eric made it simple and easy. He answered all the questions we had, and even helped us convince the 7 year old that he would like his new frames. I won’t hesitate to go back when we need glasses again.
Eric at the vision center was so friendly and helpful when I needed to purchase glasses for my daughter. He was patient and informative with all of our questions, and very thorough and efficient with the fitting and ordering process. Communication while we were waiting for our order was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this vision center, and we will be back any time we need glasses!
