RESPONDING TO CAMMY GILMER: My prescription had you seeing 20/20 at your initial visit. I performed a no charge recheck exam and again 20/20, same prescription. I went the extra step and checked your vision with the glasses you purchased from WM, and again 20/20. I informed you that the prescription was correct, after which your criticism turned from your prescription, to criticizing me personally. The vision center staff is awesome! I did have a horrible experience with Dr. Schwartz. He talked over me and my daughter. He was rude to his worker. He embarrassed her and was pretty close to yelling at her. The staff in the vision center has been tremendous help in getting my prescription correct.
Had an absolute great customer experience Christy, D, and the crew worked with me and helped figure my situation out. Great respect , thank you! I highly recommend and will continue coming there for my eyes!🤓
I’ve been coming to Walmart Vision for years, and I couldn’t be happier. Their glasses selection is great, customer service is friendly and helpful, and the whole environment feels family-oriented. Grateful for the consistency and care every visit!
