Trying to get an actual appointment is a nightmare! We were canceled one time because they did not manage their calendar properly and there was a conflict. The second time, we were called an hour and a half before the appointment to let us know our insurance website is down so they can’t confirm coverage. They waited till the last moment. We have rearranged our scheduled twice in a row and still have not gotten an appointment.We will have to go somewhere further away because this location is too disorganized. got there about 6:05 looking for screws and pads to get my glasses back together after struggling with them for hours yesterday all the shelves were put up gates closed and staff ready to leave but decided to take their own personal time to help get my glasses fixed replacing the screws and pads free of charge i didn't get the name of the nice gentleman that helped me but thank you so so very much again you deserve some sort of recognition
Thomas and the entire staff are great. I changed my mind about a pair of frames and they corrected it fast. I even asked them ( total strangers) for a honest opinion on a set of frames and got a live review of them. I've gone to every vision center in Morristown, TN and You can't go wrong with getting your glasses here. Great choice of frames and no one can beat their prices.
Got a text message saying my glasses were ready to be picked up and they were open until 6pm. Got there around 1pm and was told they were out to lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. Wasted a trip, couldn't wait around until they decided to come back. My wife and I both bought glasses there and they lost us as future customers.
Thomas the manager will not help you or work with you in any way. I was denied services. I reported the situation to my eye vision insurance. I will not be getting my glasses here anymore. Thomas needs to be fired!
