The ppl working in the vision center are nice but slow as molasses. They don’t know how to use the system or basic math. I came to buy 2 boxes of contacts, using VSP. Per usual, they don’t know how to bill so they have to call. Get the authorization # and now don’t know how to actually enter the information. I’ve been here for at least 30 minutes to buy 2 boxes of contacts! It shouldn’t take this long! If your employees don’t know how to use the system why are they working for you? Double check via the satellite image or some other way that Google Maps is taking you to the right place. It's led me to an empty lot a few times before instead of this supposed Walmart.

It's pretty ridiculous when you call to ask what time the vision department closes, and the phone rings and rings for 10 minutes on the main store line. Does nobody know how to answer a phone? By far the most inferior Wal-Mart in Minnesota.
