Mike was very helpful in adjusting my glasses. Really appreciated it! Where others couldn't help, he listened thought outside the box and helped me get 2 pairs of glasses to fit comfortably. Thanks Mike at the Walmart Vision Center in Woodbury, Minnesota!
I originally went to America's Best and felt mistreated. At Walmart I didn't have an appointment. Walked in with my current prescription the staff at the eye clinic were so helpful. They found my insurance information. I got new frames and contacts for a year. Truly appreciate all of the staff.
My glasses broke while I was at school. Mike at the Woodbury Vision Center was awesome and repaired them in less than 10 minutes. Overall amazing service!
Mike at the Woodbury Vision Center was absolutely fabulous. What a pro. My son’s glasses were broken and he was in need of a quick fix. Called the vision center Mike was extremely helpful on the phone and was able to confirm he had another set of frames and said he would be waiting for us and that he would take care of us. He greeted us upon arrival and had the lenses grinded, in the new frames and adjusted in less than 10 minutes. Customer service at it best! Walmart you are lucky to have Mike on your team. Thanks Mike!
I’ve never written a review before, but had a great experience today at the Woodbury Walmart Vision center. I needed my glasses repaired. I received friendly help right away and the repair was done very quickly. To top it off, when I asked for the bill, there was no charge! I also was not upsold like I was at another vision provider. I will definitely return when I need vision service - fast, friendly, and reasonable! I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me - he certainly deserves recognition.
