I’ve never written a review before, but had a great experience today at the Woodbury Walmart Vision center. I needed my glasses repaired. I received friendly help right away and the repair was done very quickly. To top it off, when I asked for the bill, there was no charge! I also was not upsold like I was at another vision provider. I will definitely return when I need vision service - fast, friendly, and reasonable! I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me - he certainly deserves recognition.
Dr. Falk has been fantastic to work with. I was having trouble with a specific brand of contacts, and he sent me various alternatives to try out!
Dr. Falk was amazing! Super thorough explaining every step of the procedures and what it meant for our vision. I appreciated the honest diagnosis and his determination to get us the best prescription. I don’t know if he always does this, but it seemed kind of him to mask up when he saw we were masking. Overall great experience and I would recommend getting your eyes checked by him.
