Got talked into anti-glare that negated any insurance benefit on my lenses, but worse, the lenses have "spider webs" growing by the day after only 2 months. The rude manager blamed me (and maybe it was my fault) but she refused to acknowledge the potential of a defective product - wouldn't even take a look at them. Worse yet she was non-sympathetic and refused to extend the 30% discount offered in the first month, stating, "If I did that for you, I'd have to do it for everyone!" Now that is customer service! Dr. Megan is awesome! I came in with a bad eye infection and she has been so kind and thorough with my treatment! All of the staff is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye Dr.
