Went in to store to get my new glasses. I was immediately greeted by Initah, a very friendly and helpful lady. I had a lot of questions on frames and progressives and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing I noticed that speaks to how professional and knowledgeable Initah was: despite two other staff, she answered phones, she walked up to customers asking if they needed help and she even fixed a customer’s glasses.
