Charles did a wonderful job at helping me get new glasses. He even fixed my old ones.
Mr.Charles went above and beyond! I’d had an incorrect prescription from then Lutz location. Thankfully after remakes and tons of frustration, Charles directed me to another Dr for a 2nd opinion. This was the right move! Charles took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure my prescription and glasses were PERFECT!
I had the best experience here. I was nervous to find a location to get my eyes done but this is actually what I was looking for. I don’t have his name but the guy went out of his way to help me and was so kind. If you are considering anything definitely go here it will be worth it. Wish I could give it 10 stars!!!
