One star for terrible scheduling. Scheduled an appointment that I had to wait an entire month for back in September all the way to a day in October, only for me to get a call saying they had rescheduled. So I rescheduled and waited until yesterday, which I found was a work day for me. So I tried to call and reschedule, but guess what? They said that I’d have to wait ANOTHER MONTH FOR THAT APPOINTMENT! I don't understand why i have to wait so long when I'm the only one in the waiting area AND it was scheduled in advance. Ridiculous.
