The doctor is great the employees are good and they treat you very nice
I come back to pick up my glasses and the two employees that work in this vision center went on break at the same time and left a sign saying they be back at 6 o’clock. I think it’s ridiculous that the employees here are allowed to abandon the business and inconvenience the customer so that they can take breaks together
We have always had a pleasant experience at Walmart Vision Center. The staff is friendly and the doctors are great. Please consider that their offices are right inside Walmart, so things can get busy. There are times when people may walk-in, before or after they do their shopping, to ask questions of the staff. Doctor Kapadia and Doctor Karmali are caring, knowledgeable and professional. Our family really likes and recommends them!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I didn’t quite catch the two ladies’ names, but you know who you are (the two ladies working the evening of 6/1/24). Extremely helpful, professional, and kind! Thank you for providing exceptional care. It really made my whole day!
