Zack and Dr. Tam were incredibly personable and took their time to get things right. Dr. Tam answered all my questions and was super thorough. I've been coming here for years and don't plan to go anywhere else.
Have been going to Walmart for years, the last two years we have paid everything up front only to have them then turn around 6 months later and send a bill for more. They can't even fully explain what the charge is for. Will be finding a new eye doctor. Do not recommend
I recently called to order my next set of contacts. I received a final text message, letting me know that they were there. I contacted the Vision Center just to ask if I would need to re-order them or if they would still be there whenever I get there. I just wanted to be able to plan ahead because I was currently on my last pair. The man that I spoke with was incredibly rude to me.
