Visited today, Monica and Josh were great, thank you guys, you were excellent in helping me choosing the frame and the glasses. Kudos to your responses to my questions and the way you both completed the whole process. You do know what you are doing.
Was here just to change the lenses of my glasses. The lady who took the order (don’t know her name), didn’t mention that I’ll have to pick up my order in the presence of the Licensed Optician. In fact, it was mentioned no where. And today, when I was here he has left early (as per another staff), though the timing was 9-7..!! Wow…!! Horrible customer service. First & last time here for sure.
Farah Butt, OD gave me wrong prescription, saying my eye sight increased. I had had headache after using glasses with her prescription . I went to another location after 3 months and came to know that my eye sight actually decreased
