My father and I visited the Walmart Optical Department and had the pleasure of working with Jess. I took my prescription in on Monday and my glasses were ready by Wednesday. Such quick service.ᐟ Jess assisted me and was so kind and friendly throughout the process. She really hyped me up about the frames I chose and shared helpful tips on which styles complement different face shapes. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend.ᐟ
Jess is great. She gave advice, but wasn't overly opinionated on whether she liked the frames or not. She was helpful and gave reasons why frames would or wouldn't work. She was very helpful. She didn't rush me. I will definitely keep coming back!
