I just ordered my first pair of progressive glasses. The gentleman that helped me was not only knowledgeable and kind but spent almost an hour helping me choose just the right frames. Never once did he make me feel rushed. When it’s time to get glasses again I will be returning to Walmart in Huntington Beach. I will be referring family and friends to this Walmart for its outstanding customer relations. He gets a 5 star review. Great job Walmart Huntington Beach. Keri S

The young Asian man there is very seriously harming the reputation of Walmart Optical with his lack of concern and down right rude customer service. I was surprised at how demeaning and insensitive his service was when I stopped in a couple weeks ago to inquire about purchasing contact lens. He actually SIGHED and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him simple, straight forward questions (I'm a doctor, and I'm well versed with how healthcare providers should treat patients). Now that I'm getting older, I really need to get my eyes checked by the optometrist. That being said, this Vision Centet exceeded my expectations. The doctor and her assistant were actually fun to visit. They were professional and easy to talk to. The glass frames department was excellent as well. Kudos to Omar. He was patient with me and informative. He knows his glasses. This whole experience was quick and easy. I had been a patient for many years here, but was being asked to charge a fitting fee for contact lenses that my insurance representative had never heard of, and I had never paid before. There is too big of a split between the optometrist and the eyeglass department. Also, the main optometrist was on vacation for three weeks in Japan and not available not a great way to run a business I was unable to get contact lenses to replace a lost one. I would not recommend this place
