Cindy at the Walmart Vision Center was wonderful! She was so kind and made sure to call me back and keep me updated on my contact lens order. Her communication was excellent, and she made the whole process so easy. I really appreciated how helpful and attentive she was. Great customer service!
Michaela was very kind and patient with me as an older person. She was very kind when I needed to reschedule my appointment. Job well done.
I first want to start off by saying Cindi really goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are well satisfied and helped. She was more than nice and was overly patient with my situation. If you want contacts or glasses ask for Cindi. :)
I could call and schedule an eye exam within the same week. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I was not greeted upon arrival. Employees were sitting, and it was an awkward wait at the counter till someone finally acknowledged I was there and directed me to fill out papers and wait for the eye doctor.
