I could call and schedule an eye exam within the same week. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I was not greeted upon arrival. Employees were sitting, and it was an awkward wait at the counter till someone finally acknowledged I was there and directed me to fill out papers and wait for the eye doctor. Easy appointment setting for eye exam. Bob and Dr. Jesse very friendly, not pushy. I just wanted a prescription because I order my glasses online. Very cooperative. Only $80 for exams, others in the area, $130 to $160.
Amazing customer service from Doctor Jesse Catron and his team. I had been interested in wearing contacts for the longest time and because of a bad experience at a previous office, I let that dream go. I was told I would never be able to use contacts because after a few attempts at putting any onto my eyes I was unsuccessful. After having been a patient at this eye center for a few years I decided what the heck, maybe they can help.
