The staff member was unable to comprehend how to read a insurance card and get the accurate information from it and verify vision insurance. And when told that what she was saying and attempting to verify was wrong she became defensive. Will not return and recommend you go elsewhere for eye care.
Takes over an hour to get my glasses not even a hello while I waited. Zero personality from either employee. I’ll stick with americas best next time
Love the vision center at the York Road location! Over the past two weeks I have worked with several of the technicians. They were more than accommodating to help me choose and order my glasses. Thank you, Tabitha and Mary.
My wife had an eye issue Urgent Care couldn't figure out after several visits and specialists were going to take 2-4 days to schedule an appointment. One provider recommended the doctor here. We were seen almost immediately and couldn't be happier with the service. She was caring, nice, and very professional. We appreciate the help!
I thought Dr. Lemmon and her assistant were very efficient and thorough with my eye exam. Very informative as well!
