Never go here. Wrong scripts given, attitudes straight outta the gate. Not worth your aggravation. Not professional at all. The woman Karen acts her name for sure. One day she is gonna give that attitude to the wrong person and get put in her place. If you don't like your job, LEAVE!
Very rude and not helpful to the clients. I arrived to store to ask for help on fixing my glasses and the lady at front desk was rude and disrespectful. I was calm and nice all time she refused to help me fix them. I can’t wait 10 days for the new pair and the fix was a simple fix I have done it before. Usually I go to Vision center in Auburn Hills but they are under construction. They are nice and helpful all time. I do not Recommend this center here in Shelby waste of time and you are not going to get help.
Great selection and prices on frames, transition and progressive lens
Do not spend your money here, unless you want to wait 4 months for a trial pair of contacts to even get your prescription to buy more. Even gave me the wrong prescription and misdiagnosed astigmatism. I am extremely dissatisfied and will gladly pay more money to go to a place of business that actually does their job.
I was genuinely blown away by the courtesy and professionalism of Devin in the Walmart vision center. We needed frames and lens that were not putting pressure on my sons nose. Devin was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and truly went the extra mile to make sure my toddler and I had want we needed to see good, be comfortable and look good. Thank you Devin and Karen!
