I have been going there for years. The doctors have always been great. Got a new pair of glasses in 2019 from them and they were great. They got scratched up over the years so I went mid December 2025 for a eye check and ordered a new pair of the same glasses. I picked them up December 22, and on January 11 I noticed both lenses are cracking in the same spot. I did not buy the warranty, and some how this was my fault that my lenses are both cracking in the same spot and was offered 20% off new lenses. So back to the pair fro... read more
I’ve been going to the Walmart Vision Center for years for its convenience and had always liked the doctor there. This visit was my first with the new optometrist, Dr. Johnson. He was friendly, comfortable explaining things to me and did a thorough exam. He was happy to answer my questions and will definitely keep me coming back. Highly recommended! I’ve seen other complaints about the main office but didn’t have any troubles rescheduling my appointment or ordering my contacts.
Would be a 2 star or 1 star rating, however, Dr Johnson is amazing. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very polite, professional, just all around very good Dr! Staff however... not so good. I've worked in customer service and retail, so i know nothings perfect. Bought a pair of glasses out of pocket due to issues with their fax, my insurance info didnt come through. Traveled from another state to accept a job at this location and was denied 2 times I now see why I left Walmart the first time doesn’t matter where you work bullshit is everywhere my time was wasted purposely and the way I was treated by corporate associates was beyond disrespectful nobody wanted to help me I kept getting transferred and hung up on I traveled MILES for this job the drug testing is bullshit Walmart is a company I’ll never work for again they way I was treated was poorly and they didn’t care about what happen... read more
They do not answer the phone, called twice. First time I called it just rang for 3 minutes before disconnecting then I called customer service and asked if they were open, they said yes and transferred my call. This time after talking to the customer service worker I was waiting while it was just ringing for over 5 minutes. I went into the store the day before to check on some glasses that I had shipped from another store to see if they had come in yet as it had been about 4 business days since they were shipped.
