They do not answer the phone, called twice. First time I called it just rang for 3 minutes before disconnecting then I called customer service and asked if they were open, they said yes and transferred my call. This time after talking to the customer service worker I was waiting while it was just ringing for over 5 minutes. I went into the store the day before to check on some glasses that I had shipped from another store to see if they had come in yet as it had been about 4 business days since they were shipped. I am so disappointed. I bought a pair of glasses in August. 45 days later a coating that was put on (antireflective maybe) started coming off. It looks like there is a rainbow on my lenses. I called Walmart and they said they can't help me because I didn't by the insurance. I can't even see out of them anymore it is so bad. I contacted the store manager. No help at all. I guess the lenses only last 45 days before they deteriorate. I will NEVER step foot in a Walmart store again. I will be contacting the MN Attorney General. ... read more

Went to get my eyes checked because I thought I was going blind. Turns out I have perfect vision I'm just not getting enough sleep. Everyone there was very kind and helpful though they tried to poke my eyes out with an air machine which i wasnt much a fan of. 10/10 would visit again.
