Would be a 2 star or 1 star rating, however, Dr Johnson is amazing. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very polite, professional, just all around very good Dr! They do not answer the phone, called twice. First time I called it just rang for 3 minutes before disconnecting then I called customer service and asked if they were open, they said yes and transferred my call. This time after talking to the customer service worker I was waiting while it was just ringing for over 5 minutes. I went into the store the day before to check on some glasses that I had shipped from another store to see if they had come in yet as it had been about 4 business days since they were shipped. I am so disappointed. I bought a pair of glasses in August. 45 days later a coating that was put on (antireflective maybe) started coming off. It looks like there is a rainbow on my lenses. I called Walmart and they said they can't help me because I didn't by the insurance. I can't even see out of them anymore it is so bad. I contacted the store manager. No help at all. I guess the lenses only last 45 days before they deteriorate. I will NEVER step foot in a Walmart store again. I will be contacting the MN Attorney General. ... read more
