The doctors and staff here are great I have been coming here for over 30 years and they have always been on point the customer service is excellent everyone is friendly
The staff at Cooper City's Walmart Vision Center is second to none. They have been meeting my family's vision needs for years, including pediatric. Everyone is kind and patient, and the care taken has always guaranteed excellent presciptions.
I came this place for high recommendation about Dr. Peter, and I agree he is nice, sweet and friendly, but my experience about the poor customer service and the NON FOLLOW UP are the worst experience in all my life. They never call you back, they don’t follow up your case. I order an expensive contact lenses 140 dollars, I paid then, I received after 1 month or more and when I went to put them, one employee gave the bad instructions to put OMG, my eyes was so red. I had irritated and inflamed my eyes for one week, I need to ... read more
