Accidentally broke my specs today. Went in they fixed them in 10 minutes. I forgot the gentleman name but he hooked me up with amazing customer service.
Amy and her team at Walmart Vision Center on Old Forest Road provide exceptional customer service on all levels. I bought contact lenses and glasses for myself and glasses and sunglasses for my son and they went out of their way to verify insurance and find the most economical way to order all the products I needed. Additionally, they were understanding, kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend!
I like to thank both opticians at the old forest Walmart for helping me with my broken frames..always nice and helpful and greatly appreciated
