This place saved me!! I'm on vacation and my contact ripped. I wish I was able to grab the name of the lady who helped me!! She got a fax from my eye doctor at home and quickly refilled my prescription. Thank you so much!!
Worst service in the world and the employees are rude and think the customer knows everything these people are not worth wasting your time with....bad service and rude customer service.
While visiting from out of state, I realized I'd forgotten to pack contacts or glasses. I made a frantic dash into the store and was met by Morgan. She was so friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. I am so grateful for her helping me out.
Wal-Mart, You are a JOKE. Your assistant manager, Derrick (whom refused to give me his full name), has been harassing me every time I go into the store, as with my Wife. (More detail later) ever since I filled an insurance claim due to their incompetence. And it continues. As for the me details, this manager Derrick, decides while I walk away to walk up to my wife, touch her and tell her "if you ever want a real man you let me know" and that has continued.
