We had a great experience at this Walmart Vision location. They had so many more frame options for my small 6 year old. Ron worked with us and gave us advice on choosing frames that appropriately fit my daughter. He also helped adjust one pair that we purchased that didn't fit comfortably at first and now she LOVES them. I also appreciate that he took the time to speak directly to her and listen to what she was feeling in order to understand how best to adjust the fit of her frames. That was one of the best eye exams I've ever had! The staff and the Optometrist were super friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the visit and am happy, so far, with everything. Will update when I get my first pair of glasses, ever. Trifocals, no less.
Dave was really helpful in getting me a price quote for my lenses and patiently explained the lens options. Thanks Dave!
I've been going to this location for years, even after moving across town, because the customer service here is always top notch! Beth, Merri and Dave are friendly and helpful and make me feel cared for. (Doctor Baker next door is great too, I've been visiting her office for years and she is easy to talk to and through.)
