I came to this vision center because my appointment was cancelled last minute at another Walmart vision center location due to dr emergency. Dr. Crawford was very knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. I really appreciated his opening to get me in and also patient care. HOWEVER, my husband is a Walmart employee. I presented my discount card at time of payment of the vision test, which didn’t go through, and the staff did not recognize any discount. Terry was amazing and really helped out so much! She definitely went above and beyond to help me with my glasses!
Terry, the manager, was very helpful and nice. She was professional and provided great service.
Everyone was so kind and helpful, and Terry was awesome with getting my frames! The optometrist happily answered all my questions, and it was an all around great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back ☺️
