Had great customer service at your Walmart Optical Center in Southgate. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant, helpful and most of all patient in helping me find the eye wear frames that looked best on me. Thank you Ms. Debbie
The Doctor was very nice and friendly great service from her. The receptionist on the other hand was rude and gave attitude. Doesn’t make guest feel welcoming.

Sonia was very friendly and helpful, she helped me and my daughter with her glasses. I was referred from the eye doctor next to the Walmart optical and the receptionist was extremely rude, aggressive and hostile, but they're not part of Walmart.
