doctor has some deep rooted issues. the front desk women were so nice tho!
I had an excellent experience today purchasing sunglasses from the Vision Center! Tee was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us find great deals on some really nice sunglasses, and she made us feel very well taken care of. Thanks so much Tee!
Wonderful experience, the doctor and staff were all so kind. I don’t have vision insurance, the exam was very affordable and nobody was pushy about ordering glasses from them.
Went to adjust the fit of my glasses and they simply pressed them down by hand on the table in front of me. Hours later they snapped at the joint and fell off my face. They ordered me a new pair under warranty.
Dr. Hsu-Chen was great. She spent nearly 40 minutes with me fine tuning my prescription. She was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff were also great.
