Dr. L is great every time, and Davinya was helpful and very courteous with me in placing my order. Both strictly professional and kind. However, when I went to pick up my order at 5:55 pm on Friday the older blonde who was working asked me to step away from the counter so she could ring another up another and said she'd "be with me" and I went to the bathroom. Shout out to Kendra for her above and beyond customer service! She noticed that my insurance wasn’t used when I purchased my new pair of glasses and took the time to refund the original purchase then charge me the new discounted price. Was a very noticeable difference in what I paid! Thank you Kendra so much for the attention to detail and as always top notch customer service!
