Shout out to Kendra for her above and beyond customer service! She noticed that my insurance wasn’t used when I purchased my new pair of glasses and took the time to refund the original purchase then charge me the new discounted price. Was a very noticeable difference in what I paid! Thank you Kendra so much for the attention to detail and as always top notch customer service!

I've had nothing but a great experience here from optometrist Dr. Hsu-Chen and associate Louise. Came here highly recommend by my coworkers and I would highly recommend to anyone else. They also have a great selection of frames and I had no trouble finding my favorite.
