I thought it was going to be a hot mess but it was not. Helpful staff.
The worst experience EVER. Took my frames to them and the creepy manager made me feel so uncomfortable. He was intrusive asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with glasses.I paid the $300. The creepy manager says" these are nice glasses, how much did you pay for them?" I said a pretty penny. Next day I called to get my Pd measurements and he asked me a million questions just to tell me that he's not giving me the measurements. No reason why. I didn't argue. On May 13, 2024, they refused to give me ready-made glasses. Although there was an employee Devon on site who could do it. He said they had a lunch break. At the same time, he refused to name the time of the lunch break. So you can call any time a lunch break. Why should a visitor waste an hour of his time? Why is there no clear time for a break? Why can't an employee Devon who was on the spot give me ready-made glasses?
