I wish I could erase my review for Carolyn Kaufmann. She was wonderful when picking out and buying my glasses, she asked me to leave a review and I did. BUT whenever I came to get them adjusted she was rude, I guess she only is nice for reviews.when I came back 2 days after picking up my glasses I told her there was a problem with them. She tried to sell me something to fix it telling me it’s not covered under warranty.
