I told Emmanuel I’m good with words… so here we go! This guy is a GEM. I stopped in to get my glasses adjusted, and not only did he fix them up like a pro — perfectly tightened and sitting right — but he also gave me a free case (because of course I left mine at home… classic me). What stood out most was how kind and genuine he was. No attitude, no rushing — just pure good service with a great vibe.
