My glasses need repair. I visited the Walmart Vision center in Tyler, where they assessed the issue with one of the strings being broken. Jinky was exceptionally helpful and professional. She offered very affordable frame options and provided a reasonable price. Upon my return to pick up my new glasses, Jinky greeted me personally and addressed me by name, demonstrating exemplary service. She is a valuable asset to Walmart. Thank you, Jinky!
Kay was so kind to me when I was looking for eye drops. The optical part didnt have the one I needed and she took me to pharmacy and help ed me find the right one. I called her manager and told her too. Kay is a really good person !
