Real nice lady at this store Kay. She stayed later to help my son with fixing his glass for school so are going to buy here next time.
The service I got from Jinkey and Kay was great! They helped me find the right frames in my budget and told me things about lenses that no one else ever has. They were so nice and patient and pleasant that I will definitely be back to see them!
I enjoy dealing with the employees there especially Nykol. They have my records on file and able to order quickly to my address. It doesn’t take long at all.
Nykol is awesome! She is friendly, helpful and professional. Search her out for phenomenal customer service.
I don't post many reviews, but my experience with Jinky, the optician who worked with me when I purchased and who also dispensed to me, was outstanding! She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and thorough. I ended up buying two pair of glasses, which I'm very pleased with, and will go back to order contacts as well. The professionalism, service, lens options, and frame choices are great! And, price-wise, I can't find a better optical anywhere in Tyler that has the lens features I want.
