Nasty staff and even nastier doctor. Tiffany was very unprofessional and Dr. Orr wasn’t much better. They pushed a white mans appointment ahead of mine because I’m Black. My appointment was 230 and his was 245, they told me he would be seen first because he showed up early. By that logic why have appointments? Why not just do walk ins? Got my new glasses at Walmart Vision in The Village and had a great experience. The Dr. Orr was very kind. The staff was very nice also and a special thanks to Mr. James that helped me out adjusting my new glasses. Keep up the great work guys! 👏👏👏
I had a terrible experience. I told the doctor I am under treatment for diabetic retinopathy. I just need a current prescription. I understand it will change as I continue my treatment. She said she couldn’t help me to see a retina specialist. I told her three times I am seeing one. She didn’t stop talking long enough to listen at any point.
